Creative founder and owner of Tempo Urban Kitchen, Jorge Cueva, now brings in one of its best tastes and treats to San Diego by the name King and Queen Cantina.

New restaurant King and Queen Cantina will be operated by owner Jorge Cueva, a seasoned restaurant veteran that currently operates two branches of his Orange County-based Tempo Urban Kitchen concept in California, with one more one the way which will be located in Valle de Guadalupe the Wine Country; soon to open March 2018. Jorge Cueva also owns a catering company, Cibo Fresh and chain of Italian restaurants in Orange County. Cueva is a very successful restauranteur with over 25 years of experience in the food industry. He served as a top executive for Daphne’s Greek Café and Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill. All of that experience led Cueva to currently own successful restaurants and King and Queen Cantina is one more in the records!

King and Queen Cantina will have the same menu as famous restaurants Tempo Urban Kitchen with a couple of new items. It’s a Mexican Modern Cuisine that aims at maintaining the same fresh, innovative and sustainable ideology in the food sector but now with a special twist on the menu and its decoration. Cueva success relies on his ability to think as a customer and understands what people want and expect from a restaurant: great food and drinks, good vibes, outstanding service. Fortunately, that’s what King and Queen Cantina will be all about.
